Tori Alkema
Director of Client Experience
Tori Alkema serves as Director of Client Experience at NoxNumis, where her primary focus is ensuring clients have a seamless and positive experience throughout every stage of their relationship with the firm. She works closely with clients, financial advisors, and internal teams to strengthen communication, streamline processes, and address client needs with care and efficiency. From supporting client education and resolving concerns to enhancing service processes, Tori plays a key role in maintaining a high level of service and consistency across the organization.
Tori approaches her work with a client-centered mindset grounded in empathy, clear communication, and thoughtful expectation setting. She values collaboration and transparency when working with teammates and believes strong teamwork is essential to delivering an exceptional client experience. Her detail-oriented nature and problem-solving skills allow her to navigate challenges effectively while helping clients feel confident and supported.
She earned her degree from Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and began her career in the financial services industry at Morningstar. During her time there, she worked on the Client Support and Advisor Success teams, partnering daily with financial advisor offices to help them navigate tools and resources. This experience sparked her passion for helping advisors and clients solve problems and work toward achieving their financial goals. With seven years of industry experience, she brings a strong foundation in client service and relationship management to her role at NoxNumis.
Originally from Grand Rapids, Michigan, Tori now resides in Chicago, Illinois. She and her husband, Sam, recently welcomed their daughter Sophia and are enjoying the new adventure of parenthood together.
Outside of work, Tori enjoys traveling with her family and exploring new destinations. At home, she loves cooking and trying new recipes, and she takes full advantage of everything Chicago has to offer, especially during the summer months when festivals, lakefront activities, and Chicago Cubs games fill the city with energy.
