Cassie Bailey

Cassie serves as Case Designer at NoxNumis, supporting advisors and their clients by analyzing financial information and designing planning strategies aligned with each client’s goals and risk tolerance. She plays an integral role in evaluating investment and insurance solutions, preparing proposals, completing asset transitions, and ensuring recommendations meet compliance standards. From monitoring RMD requirements and beneficiary designations to coordinating underwriting and resolving operational matters, Cassie helps move cases from complexity to clarity with structure and precision.

She takes a collaborative, solutions-focused approach in her work. Cassie values clear communication, teamwork, and leveraging the strengths of those around her to achieve the best possible outcome. Highly analytical and process driven, she is especially skilled at navigating complex planning scenarios while keeping projects organized, accurate, and on track. She finds great satisfaction in transforming detailed financial data into practical, well-structured solutions that provide long-term security and peace of mind for clients.

Cassie earned her associate degree from Butler County Community College before completing her bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems and her MBA at Friends University. Prior to joining NoxNumis, she built a strong foundation in operations management, banking, and information systems. As an Administrative Officer with the Veterans Health Administration, she supported large scale operations, policy implementation, budget oversight, and workflow efficiency initiatives. Earlier roles in information assurance and systems engineering strengthened her attention to detail, risk management, and analytical capabilities. She also proudly served 14 years in the Kansas Air National Guard, carrying forward the values of integrity, accountability, and service into her professional life.

Originally from Canton, Kansas, Cassie has spent the past 32 years living in Wichita and the surrounding area. She is a proud mother of a 17-year-old daughter who remains her constant source of motivation and inspiration. She is grateful for the support of her brother, Ron, and her nephew, Avery, both part of the financial services profession, whose mentorship and encouragement have helped shape her career.

Outside of work, Cassie enjoys staying active through walking, hiking, and swimming, as well as expressing her creativity through woodworking projects. She loves attending concerts and sporting events and enjoys exploring new interests. One unique passion of hers is astrology and personal forecasting. She has even analyzed planetary cycles alongside team and coach birth dates to successfully predict the winners of the last three Super Bowls.
